The Getty

I first went to the Getty in high school. I instantly regretted not having a camera with me! It is one of the most beautiful places. :) I wish I'd known (before booking our hotel across the street from Disneyland) that we didn't have to go to Disneyland for three consecutive days; our passes were good for three uses within a two week time period. The Getty would've been the perfect place to go so we didn't waste Disney time sleeping. Anyway, I love the buildings, the location, the gardens (except I seem to remember you used to be able to walk through the maze and now there's water), and the art. We didn't stay too long b/c we were headed back that evening but still had a fabulous time. We met my parents and brother there, before my brother went back to UCLA.

(Ansley was wearing her Cinderella dress but threw up in the car. This dress is my favorite item from wittlebee. It was one of five items in a $10 grab bag. Ansley doesn't really need many clothes since I make a lot of them but you can't beat $2 for designer kids' clothes).
