Diplomat Dress Take Two

I'm loving my newest Diplomat Dress. (first one here).

I really wanted to use a beautiful turquoise but Ansley wanted it for herself and Tyrone convinced me that navy will "transition into fall" better. He's right, of course. I debated what color to use for the contrast topstitching and picked green b/c it can go with reds and pinks and blues.

This is view b with the sleeves for view b. I didn't add any pockets this time and the shape is much better. :)
